Our approach to mortgage financing stems from a whole financial wellness plan that grows out of communication, education and transparency. It is critical that a client can reach their mortgage consultant at all times, this includes evenings and weekends. Real estate happens outside of regular working hours, so you should be able to communicate with your mortgage consultant outside of regular working hours if needed. Your wellness plan will then grow out of the education we offer around the mortgage process.
Each client, whether it is a purchase or refinance is able to sit down with myself or one of our other highly experienced mortgage consultants for our one on one, hour and fifteen minute educational presentation that goes through the process with you from start to finish. This presentation goes through your credit report very thoroughly, educates you on mortgage interest rates, how they are determined, what influences them, where they have been and where we think they are going. We show you how we, as brokers, shop from bank to bank to get you’re the best possible rates and fees while educating you on the different types of loan programs and their pros and cons. We will show you how it is actually you, the client that will chose the right interest rate/closing cost option that best suits your goals. We will break down the loan estimate of closing costs and pre-paid items, not only showing you the expenses, but what they actually represent and are for. We conclude with the budgeting of your finances, your comfort level in monthly payment and down payment options to craft a loan option that is designed specifically for you and your goals.
